  • Legal advice on starting domestic and international cargo transport businesses in Poland, selecting the business structure most legally suited to the client?s goals, and obtaining all necessary administrative permits
  • Guidance on labor law issues involving the freight transport industry (including selection of appropriate time and attendance management systems for transport and logistics, and setting up remuneration schemes for transport companies, including derivatives, e.g., per diem allowances for overnight accommodation of drivers)
  • Legal representation, when required, before such Polish authorities as the Road Transport Inspectorate, the National Labor Inspectorate, the Customs Office, and the Tax Office
